Court dismissed petition againt Kunhalikutty

kunjalikkuttyThrissur: The Thrissur Vigilance Court dismissed the petition filed against Minister PK Kunhalikutty accusing him of amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income. As per the petition filed by National Secular Conference state secretary Abdul Aziz, P K Kunhalikutty is said to have misappropriated wealth in Thiruvananthapuram and Tamilnadu. The petition was filed against Kunhalikutty and his three relatives.

As per the petition he is said to have bought land under binami names. the court states that as there is no sufficient evidence against him it was not possible to take the case forward. The court pointed out that Kunhalikuty’s wife Ummu Kulsu does not come under the perview of a social worker the petition against her cannot be taken up by Vigilance court

Abdul Aziz has decided to take the matter to the high court.
