Hafiz Saeed challenges US

Hafiz-SaeedIslamabad: Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief, Hafiz Saeed who has a bounty sum of  $10 million hanging on his head has challenged the US to carry out a military raid against him like the one that killed Osama bin Laden. These remarks were made while addressing a news conference with other leaders of the Defa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) at Flashman Hotel in the garrison city of Rawalpindi, located a short distance from the Pakistan Army’s General Headquarters.

He ridiculed the US announcement of a reward of $10 million for the capture or information leading to the capture of the outlawed Pakistan based Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed. He asked the US to give him the bounty sum and in return he offered to give details of his whereabouts. “I am not hiding in caves and mountains, I am here in Rawalpindi,” he said.
