Ice Cream Case: Evidences against former Adv. General M K Damodaran released

Kozhikode: Advocate M K Damodaran who was the Advocate General during E K Nayanar’s left democratic rule, was bribed by PK Kunhalikutty, to provide legal advice to avoid him from the  list of accused. The evidences handed over to the investigation team related to this accusation has been released by Indiavision. For the legal advice 32.5 lakhs were handed over to him. MK Damodaran’s junior advocate and stenographer has confirmed K A Rauf’s accusation that 15 lakhs of the 32.5 lakhs were remitted at the Eranakulam MG road SBI branch.

From the conversation it is evident that Kunhalikutty had visited M K Damodaran along with K A Rauf at several occasions. From the evidences it has been proved that MK Damodaran and his wife used the to pay back the loan and interest of Malabar Aqua farm, at Manjeshwaram. Muslim League Kasargode District vice president and panchayath president, Former senior Muslim League Leader C Ahmad confirmed these statements which was captured in India Visions hidden camera. The evidences of the investigation team and that of  C Ahmad was released by Indiavision today.
