Ice cream sex scam: Court rejected Pillai’s pro Kunhalikutty report

Court Kozhikode: The Assistant Commissioner Radhakrishnan Pillai’s report on the suspicious death of two girls in relation to the ice cream palour case was rejected by the court today.  The Kozhokode Chief Judicial Magistrate ordered that the case should be handed over to Jaison K Abhraham. As per Radhakrishnan Pillai’s report there wasn’t sufficient evidence and that the case need not be re-investigated.  In the case Sreedevi is the primary accused and Minister P K Kunhalikutty is the second accused in the case.

The courts decision comes in response to the petition filed by National Conference leader, N K Abdul Azeez. According to Azeez Radhakrishnan Pillai was attempting to tamper with the case. Considering the petition filed, C K M Court Magistrate G Mahesh gave the new order. Radhakrishnan Pillai has also been accused for breaking the rule and firing into the air while a demonstration protesting Nirmal Madhavans admission was in progress.
