Kerala CM, Oommen Chandy’s house stoned

Oommen Chandy Puthupalli: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy’s ancestral home at Puthupally was stoned by unidentified scoundrels on Thursday night. The CM’s office in Thiruvananthapuram told that the rear glass of Indica car owned by AlexV.Chandy, the brother of Oommen Chandy, was broken.

Primary report says that there were four people in the gang. Alex and his wife were alone in the house at the time of attack. “The police have already begun an investigation into the incident and the chief minister has left it to the police to do their job,” his office said. Minister K C Joseph also visited Oommen Chandy’s house. The CM  has been representing the Puthupally assembly constituency since 1970 and has won every election since then.
