More trouble for former Jaya aide

jayalalithaChennai: Tamilnadu Chief Minister and AIADMK general secretary J Jayalalithaa today announced the expulsion of two more relatives of Sasikala from the party. In an official statement here, she said Tiruchi-based Kaliyaperumal and M Pazhanivelu have been removed from the primary membership of the AIADMK. She requested AIADMK activists not to have any contact with the above said persons. While Pazhanivelu is the brother of Sasikala’s husband Natarajan, Kaliyaperumal is said to be a close relative of Sasikala.

On Monday, Jayalalithaa expelled her aide Sasikala and 11 others from the primary membership of the party. A spokeswoman from the AIADMK headquarters here said that those expelled are V K Sasikala (member of the AIADMK’s chief executive committee), her husband M Natarajan and her close relatives Divakar (Mannarkudi), T T V Dinakaran, V Bhaskaran, V N Sudhakaran, Dr S Venkatesh, M Ramachandran, Ravanan, Mohan (Adyar), Kulothungan and Rajarajan.

Jayalalithaa said the above had been expelled from the primary membership of the AIADMK and other party posts. She asked AIADMK members not to have any contact with the above persons.
