PJ JOseph: sms caseKochi: Thodupuzha first class magistrate has issued summons to Water Resources Minister P J Joseph to question him in relation to the SMS case. Instead of handing over the case to the police the court has decided to investigate into the matter. The has been filed based on a complaint filed by  Surabhi Das from Thodupuzha. She has accused the minister of sending blank messages and lewd, vulgar, obscene messages to her phone.

P J Joseph was earlier forced to resign from the Achuthanandan ministry on the basis of a Chennai womens allegation that he had misbehaved with her. The Chennai Cout however acquitted him from the case. There are rumours that the case is a result of Mani’s malicious intentions to harm him.
