The new villain of Kollywood

vikramChennai: Vikram is an actor who adapts and moulds himself to any character he plays and wins rave reviews for his performances. He will be seen as a gym boy in his upcoming film, Raja Paattai directed by Suseendran.

He spills the beans on his role. “Raja Paattai is a cinema-related subject. Unlike other protagonists who want to become a hero, I play an aspiring villain. There is a slight negativity in my character and I thoroughly enjoy such roles.”

“I have seven different looks in this action/humor commercial concoction. It will be a wholesome entertainer along the lines of my earlier flicks Dhil and Dhool,” he predicted before continuing, “Suseendhran is a fantastic filmmaker. While his earlier films were raw and realistic, this one will prove his adeptness and grip over commercial cinema”.

Tollywood girl Deeksha Seth plays Vikram’s love interest and Pradeep Rawat of Ghajini fame essays the baddie. Filmmaker K Vishwanath appears in a crucial role. With Madhie behind the camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja helming the music, the Raja Paattai songs will be shot in Japan and the makers, PVP Cinemas, are planning a Christmas release.
