We had nothing to do with these explosions: Hezbollah

Beirut: Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has denied their involvement on Israeli targets in India, Georgia and Thailand. “We are not afraid to say that we had nothing to do with these explosions,” Hassan Nasrallah said. Israel accused Iran and Hezbollah of being behind twin bomb attacks on Israeli embassy staff in India and Georgia on Monday, wounding four people.

“It is quite insulting to accuse Hezbollah of plans to kill average Israeli civilians in retaliation of killing our leaders,” Nasrallah continued. “Those who we will take our revenge know very well and they will need to keep taking precautions for their safety.”

Nasrallah was speaking at an event marking the fourth anniversary of the assassination of its military commander Imad Moughniyah. The Shi’ite group accused Israel of killing Moughniyah in a car bomb in Syria and has vowed revenge.
